Terms of Use

1. The service

Yohplay is a video hosting and playback platform for sales pages and VSLs, with a configurable player, universal embed, WordPress plugin and engagement analytics.

2. Account and free trial

Signing up is free and requires no card. New accounts start a 14-day trial with Pro features unlocked; at the end of the period the account automatically moves to the free plan at no charge, keeping your videos live with limited features.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed as a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the panel; paid access remains until the end of the period already paid. Unless required by law, amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata.

Play and storage limits are set per plan. When a limit is reached, playback may be suspended until the cycle renews or an add-on pack is purchased.

4. Acceptable use

You represent that you hold the rights to the content you host. Using the service for illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, or to distribute malware is prohibited. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

5. Availability and limitation of liability

We strive for high availability, but the service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event.
