This Policy explains how we handle personal data on Yohplay, in line with Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018) and, where applicable, the GDPR. Controller: B2DIGI TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO LTDA. (CNPJ 07.885.756/0001-04).
1. Data we collect
Account data (company name, email, hashed password) and usage data (uploaded videos, settings, aggregated metrics).
Marketing data when you arrive via an ad: campaign identifiers such as gclid and UTM parameters, to measure the source of conversions.
Technical data from your video's viewers, pseudonymized (session identifier, watched position) for retention metrics — we do not collect sensitive data.
2. How we use it
To provide and bill the service, offer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and, based on legitimate interest, measure and improve the platform and our campaigns.
3. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), cloud providers (AWS, Cloudflare), Google (Analytics/Ads) and Amazon SES (email). We do not sell your data.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences and campaign measurement. See the Cookie Policy for details and consent controls.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to contato@b2digi.com. Data subjects in the EU also have the rights set out in the GDPR.
6. Retention and security
We keep data while the account exists and for the applicable legal period after closure. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect the data.
